      “Wonderful vacation!!”

      Today we are leaving the hotel with sadness on one side and great joy on the other. Sadly, that we have to leave, and happily that we spent 8 (October 22-30) amazing days here) Honestly, I didn't expect and even feared going to a four-star hotel, as we always went only to five-star ones, but the presence of multiple slopes, a carousel, and a VR room attracted me here. We were on vacation with a child, so the vacation was built around him, but it turned out that I also had a very good time here. Besides what has been mentioned above, there are good rooms, a large, neat area, good, albeit not very diverse, food, but given the number of restaurants, everyone will always find something to eat on a plate, or even two). The pool during our stay was one heated pool, there were enough sunbeds everywhere. We went to the sea (bring your towels), it's better to arrive at 8:30-9:00, as there aren't many spots and the spots of our 3 hotels are taken by residents of the hotel located by the sea. So, there aren't many places to swim, so in the summer it might not be enough. Overall, the beach is good, clean, and we also liked the bar with food. I also want to mention the good, friendly staff. It's very nice when people smile at you and ask how you are. By the way, there is pomegranate fresh juice at one of the restaurants for breakfast! I haven't seen anything like it)) In general, I highly recommend this hotel for children, and for people who want to have a good and soulful rest) Thank you, Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Hurghada, we'll be back next year!

      “IT IS DANGEROUS HERE”

      We came here as a family for the child's vacation and to celebrate our son's birthday. The hotel was entrusted to, after carefully studying the reviews. We are currently arriving at the hotel and yesterday, on 10/24, I felt unwell after dinner: vomiting and diarrhea, which kept me from sleeping all night, and the same thing started for my husband at night. I'll say right away, we knew beforehand what not to do in this country: we didn't take ice in drinks, fruits and vegetables, we always have antiseptic with us, only bottled water (for washing and for drinking). We eat exclusively on the hotel premises. I came to the reception and explained the situation, and the hotel staff first started hugging us, saying that we were the only ones like this and no one else was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, and then, when I demanded to call the administration, they offered an upgraded room. No one offered to give first aid, call a doctor, or help buy medicine. Only after I started swearing did they offer a re-improved room and bring us food to the room. If something bad happens here, we will be left alone with it. We are in Egypt for the second time, we travel often, we ate at a public market in China and we never got sick. Make your own conclusions whether it is worth spending such money and risking your health. I will contact the insurance company and the embassy for financial compensation for this outrageous case.

      “Defiantly would return”

      Very clean Good food Good entertainment although it is January Kids will never be bored But staff are truly wonderful Weather good Plenty to do Can use all 3 hotels in the vicinity

      “Amazing All Inclusive Resort”

      Loved this hotel! Was 3 hotels in one. It used the beach in the hotel across the road. there was a shuttle, but you could easily cross the road. Lots of food choice - would have benefited from a wider all inclusive drinks menu. Evening entertainment each evening. Amazing gym and pool. great kids club. Easy to book a taxi into Hurghada centre - though you did get taken to their mates shop to buy things! Great waterslides and snack bars. The only issue was the sunbed wars - no matter what time we got up the sunbeds were fully towelled up! God knows what time people were getting up but in the 5am zone!! They needed more loungers out each day. Weather was amazing - going to try more Pickalbatros resorts in Egypt & Morocco.
