    “Poor food/water conditions and hygiene.”

    This is lovely hotel with some great attractions, the pools, slides, evening entertainment and location. But we sadly were all sick from the food and met 5 other families with all the same problems and symptoms while we were there. You are just told to take Antinal, as they consider this a normal condition for British travellers (told that by our Easyjet rep and the front desk) it is not normal and I have never been ill on an all inclusive and considered to have quite a strong stomach, travelling all over the world and eating a vast range of foods. I sadly think is due to them no longer providing bottled water in your room, but “filtered” water in jars. Which is possibly just boiled, which clearly doesn’t kill the bacteria. The buffet food is also regularly reheated and out in a different dish the next day. The shell fish made my son vomit that evening. We have all come home with terrible diarrhoea and according to the pharmacist in the UK in need of medication to kill the toxic bacteria in the stomach to rebuild our healthy bacterial balance. I would strongly consider this when travelling here, as it took a day in bed for all of us with cramps away from our cherished holiday and am now still suffering the consequences at home and so are our kids. Which has definitely upset our holiday and life getting back to work/school. Not sure we will visit Egypt again or Sinbad club sadly due to this.

    “Amazing experience”

    This is a great hotel for all families, couples and friends. The food is great a lot of options. The beach is beautiful. Staff is very attentive and welcoming. One of the bartenders Fayze makes amazing drinks and is super sweet. The animation team is fantastic. There are shows every night, mini disco and kids club. The kids club animator Fares is fantastic all the kids love him and he is always super positive!

    “The Dalton family”

    Had the most amazing experience while holidaying at the Sindbad club hotel the staff here are amazing and strive to make the experience even better and as for the entertainment staff 100 percent brilliant they just made our experience quite brilliant my family have a 7 year old and a nearly 2 year old and they catered for them so well congratulations to all your staff on a job well done

    “Good overall.”

    We were a family of 4, our children being adults. This is my opinion of the hotel, which we returned home from yesterday. Negatives first - We didn't get the rooms that we paid for- both were meant to have balconies, one didn't. - Flies..... they were everywhere. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year, but it was relentless around the pools. - sickness, 3 of the 4 of us were all ill, the same night then day after. I know we weren't the only ones there. - Beach. We didn't like having to walk through a building site to get to the beach. Also hardly any toilets down there - Lack of toilets at the aqua park. Only 1 block of 3 ( womens) on the far side. Needs another block on the other side of the wave pool. Positives Loads of positives which far out weigh the negatives. - Food. We ate in one of the a la cartes every evening. We loved all 3 of them! - Staff, so many staff everywhere, all happy to help or serve you. - October half term and never had a problem getting a sun bed at any time, the staff there to help you out. - entertainment was great, particularly Halloween. - aqua park was good with a variety of slides. - Good variety of day time activities. - Great range of drinks, cocktails were good! If we were to come again, I would like to see hand sanitizer stations which the staff enforce on entrance to the food halls. I know I wash my hands before I go for food, but it would be nice to know that others have done the same. I'm sure this will help to stop so much illness within the hotel. Overall a good hotel. Would I go back? Yes if the price was right. I can see the draw for family that go back year on year. Everything in one hotel and great for kids.

    “Lovely Experience”

    A lovely and beautiful hotel with friendly services. Thanks to our housekeeper Sherif Ashraf our room was always cleaned with utmost care. <3 Would recommend!
