    “Don't go in this hotel.”

    Worst hotel I have ever stayed at for such an expensive price. The organisation is terrible. They put us in the wrong room (without any view) for the first 2 nights, before we had to ask them to give us the room we had actually booked (with the beautiful view) for €2K for 6 nights!! The food looks nice, but it's disgusting. It's the worst food we have ever had. You try to find something good in the buffet, but trust me, there is nothing. We also tried the seafood restaurant at the Hilton by the sea. Even more disgusting: vegetables that weren't properly cooked, terrible fish, and a lobster that looked like it had been dead for 10 years. Trust me, if you want a good experience, AVOID THIS HOTEL. The view is nice, but it's definitely not worth the price. **RUN!**

    “A Solid Choice”

    We are on our last day here today. This is a good hotel with some real positives and some not so great experiences… The beach and grounds are lovely; the hotel is set out well. The food was of a good standard and there’s plenty to choose from, including freshly made omelettes in the morning and bbq every evening. If you’re anything like us, knowing the food isn’t going to make you unwell is at the top of the list; everything was cooked well! We were upgraded for free on arrival and stayed in room 353, which was a nice looking, clean room. We had trouble with the shower not draining, which created a puddle and leaked out into the bathroom. Our main issue was the noise; we were woken up on the first morning by drilling. The room is unfortunately located below the main outside seating area, so we could hear people scrapping chairs a lot. On the final night, we heard hammering all night above us, which resulted in us calling reception twice, at 2am, to ask them to investigate. We were compensated for the first incident, with a free boat trip, but there were no further checks to see if we were ok We loved the adults only pool, which was calm and peaceful, no loud music and they have a bar there as well. We haven’t been asked for a tip at all. There is a shopping centre next door, not the best but something to do. Entertainment was really poor; singers weren’t great and the shows were some of the worst we have seen. Drinks are as expected for all inclusive. Beach is great, peaceful, you can swim and paddle, plenty of sun-beds We would come back and would recommend for couples or families with children 3 and under; it felt safe and there’s enough going on without it being chaotic

    “Not great”

    This is our 3rd time in Egypt. Our first room had a Juliet balcony, we had to upgrade to have a balcony to sit out on. No one showed us to our room we were put in the lift and given directions, very helpful and welcoming, not !!! The positives about this hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, it’s close to airport about 20 mins away, beach is nice, grounds of hotel are nice and kept clean and tidy. However, if you are expecting 5star service I’m afraid you will be disappointed…… the staff who are here are very good there’s just not enough of them. The communal areas and restaurant is not fit for purpose, not enough seating and we are here out of season !!!. The food is what can only be explained as mediocre, small choice and warm if you’re lucky, definitely not 5 star. Apart from designated meal times there is no other food available, no bar snacks nothing ! There is a cafe selling coffee and cakes not in all inclusive and a small shop selling snacks. You have to queue up to get in restaurant and at every bar of which there are 3. Each has one person serving. There is waiter service ( and I mean 1waiter) of an evening in the lobby everywhere else you have to queue again !!!. All inclusive drinks options are very limited. Very disappointing, don’t be fooled by this being a “Hilton” hotel it’s been a very disappointing stay for us, not 5 star, 3 star at a push. I’m afraid we won’t be returning or recommending either, I don’t understand why anyone would return as there’s so many better places to stay.

    “Family holiday”

    The hotel is beautiful, very clean, rooms are very big. Staff are fantastic! Maro from the animation team is amazing, so friendly!! Perfect hotel, we'll be back

    “Hersey muhteşemdi”

    Otel konumu, plaj, odalar, personel her açıdan cok iyi. Ŏnbüro müdürü Mahmoud Nassere her konuda çok yardımcı oldu bizlere, ilgi ve yardımlarından dolayı minnettarız ❤️. Önbüro calisanlari Mina Adel ve Saiily de ilgi ve yardimlarindan dolayi tesekkurler. Aminasyon ekibinden Maro ve Maria cok ilgililerdi cok tesekkurler. Restron ve bar calisanlarina yardım sever ve ilgililer. The hotel's location, beach, rooms, and staff were all excellent. Front desk manager Mahmoud Nassere was incredibly helpful in every aspect; we are grateful for his attention and assistance ❤️. Thanks also to front desk staff members Mina Adel and Saiily for their helpfulness. Maro and Maria from the animation team were very attentive; many thanks to them. The restaurant and bar staff were helpful and attentive.
